Deal with RFC 2047 encoded words (improved)
MIME::EncWords is aimed to be another implementation of MIME::Words so will achive more exact conformance with MIME specifications. Additionally, it contains some improvements. Following synopsis and descriptions are inherited from its inspirer, with description of improvements and clarifications added.
