An automated password generator, using several strong algorithms
for random and/or pronounceable password generation, and a built-in
pseudo-random number generator.

Fix cracklib support:
- there is no lib/crack.a [1], and moreover
- apg actually links to the dynamic library, so BUILD -> LIB_DEPENDS.
Bump PORTREVISION, since the package dependencies changed.
