Hangul code conversion utility

Hangul Code Conversion program. It can convert almost all kind of
current used(or not used anymore) Korean language code, including
KS C 5601-1987, ISO-2022-KR, Johab, N-byte, etc.

This version is patched by Jungshik Shin .
