A meta-port which setups Japanese fonts

 This alias-fonts port makes fonts.alias for various size Japanese fonts.

I changed the following from the PR submission: @ Removed files/ dir completely, all it contained was an empty md5 file and author's comments (keep that on your machine please :) @ Added "/usr/bin/perl" in front of pkg/INSTALL in post-install, so it will work even if the user doesn't get the file over a permission- preserving medium (e.g., ftp) @ I think that's all.
