Library for MPEG TS and DVB PSI tables decoding and generation

libdvbpsi is a set of tools which allows to decode and generate all the Program specific Information (PSI) present in a MPEG2 TS or a DVB stream. The two keywords are portability and simplicity. Currently supported tables - Program Association Table (PAT, MPEG2) - Program Map Table (PMT, MPEG2)
