v. 1.36
date: 2007/05/19 20:31:08; author: flz; state: Exp; lines: +1 -1
- Welcome X.org 7.2 \o/.
- Set X11BASE to ${LOCALBASE} for recent ${OSVERSION}.
- Bump PORTREVISION for ports intalling files in ${X11BASE}.

v. 1.35 date: 2007/03/28 19:22:52; author: pav; state: Exp; lines: +1 -1 - Fix after objformat removal Reported by: pointyhat
v. 1.34 date: 2006/10/14 08:52:24; author: marcus; state: Exp; lines: +4 -4 Chase the GNOME X11BASE to LOCALBASE move, and fix the build with the new freetype2 where needed. Submitted by: mezz, ahze, pav, and many others Approved by: portmgr (implicit, kris)
v. 1.33 date: 2006/05/13 05:00:35; author: edwin; state: Exp; lines: +0 -1 Remove USE_REINPLACE from categories starting with X
v. 1.32 date: 2006/03/18 22:25:44; author: marcus; state: Exp; lines: +1 -0 Correct a plist typo. Reported by: pointyhat via kris
v. 1.31 date: 2006/03/15 05:53:28; author: marcus; state: Exp; lines: +7 -8 Update to 0.41.
v. 1.30 date: 2006/02/26 19:07:18; author: marcus; state: Exp; lines: +1 -1 Put up my own local mirror to fix fetching. This port will be upgraded to 0.41 after the freeze which will be a permanent fix for this problem. Approved by: portmgr (implicit)
v. 1.29 date: 2006/02/23 10:40:23; author: ade; state: Exp; lines: +2 -2 Conversion to a single libtool environment. Approved by: portmgr (kris)
v. 1.28 date: 2005/11/15 06:52:01; author: ade; state: Exp; lines: +1 -1 Mass-conversion to the USE_AUTOTOOLS New World Order. The code present in bsd.autotools.mk essentially makes this a no-op given that all the old variables set a USE_AUTOTOOLS_COMPAT variable, which is parsed in exactly the same way as USE_AUTOTOOLS itself. Moreover, USE_AUTOTOOLS has already been extensively tested by the GNOME team -- all GNOME 2.12.x ports use it. Preliminary documentation can be found at: http://people.FreeBSD.org/~ade/autotools.txt which is in the process of being SGMLized before introduction into the Porters Handbook. Light blue touch-paper. Run.
v. 1.27 date: 2004/07/09 17:43:05; author: marcus; state: Exp; lines: +1 -1 Apply a big libtool patch to allow porters to use the libtool installed by the libtoolX ports instead of the one included with each port. Ports that set USE_LIBTOOL_VER=X will now use the ports version of libtool instead of the included version. To restore previous behavior, use the new macro, USE_INC_LIBTOOL_VER. Both macros accept the same argument: a libtool version. For example, to use the ports version of libtool-1.5, add the following to your Makefile: USE_LIBTOOL_VER= 15 To use the included version of libtool with extra hacks provided by libtool-1.5, add the following to your Makefile: USE_INC_LIBTOOL_VER= 15 With this change, ports that had to add additional libtool hacks to prevent .la files from being installed or to fix certain threading issues can now delete those hacks (after appropriate testing, of course). PR: 63944 Based on work by:eik and marcus Approved by: ade (autotools maintainer) Tested by: kris on pointyhat Bound to be hidden problems: You bet
v. 1.26 date: 2004/03/14 06:17:48; author: ade; state: Exp; lines: +1 -1 Whoa there, boy, that's a mighty big commit y'all have there... Begin autotools sanitization sequence by requiring ports to explicitly specify which version of {libtool, autoconf, automake} they need, erasing the concept of a "system default". For ports-in-waiting: USE_LIBTOOL=YES -> USE_LIBTOOL_VER=13 USE_AUTOCONF=YES -> USE_AUTOCONF_VER=213 USE_AUTOMAKE=YES -> USE_AUTOMAKE_VER=14 Ports attempting to use the old style system after June 1st 2004 will be sorely disappointed.
v. 1.25 date: 2004/02/04 05:10:08; author: marcus; state: Exp; lines: +1 -0 Bump PORTREVISION on all ports that depend on gettext to aid with upgrading. (Part 1)
v. 1.24 date: 2004/01/07 19:27:35; author: adamw; state: Exp; lines: +4 -2 Host distfile on MASTER_SITE_LOCAL until savannah is back.
v. 1.23 date: 2003/10/03 11:04:59; author: edwin; state: Exp; lines: +2 -1 Chase up new MASTER_SITE_SAVANNAH. PR: ports/56970 Submitted by: Jean-Yves Lefort

v. 1.18 date: 2003/01/13 04:31:40; author: marcus; state: Exp; lines: +2 -1 Use USE_X_PREFIX. This fixes the plist issues reported on bento, and shouldn't have any negative effect on port functionality.
v. 1.17 date: 2002/09/20 17:07:36; author: marcus; state: Exp; lines: +1 -1 GNOME has just changed the layout of their FTP site. This resulted in making all the distfiles unfetachable. Update all GNOME ports that fetch from MASTER_SITE_GNOME to fetch from the correct location.
