A Vietnamese input method for X-Window
xvnkb is a Vietnamese keyboard input method for X-Window. It provides
a useful way for editing Vietnamese on X-Window environment with popular
input methods and charsets.

The previous one does not work as expected. You also need to change
tools/Makefile.dep.
- Remove some unnecessary variables
- configure already supports custom X11 path via XLIB_DIR, use that.
