- Pass maintainership to submitter

PR: 110423
Submitted by: Martin Tournoij

v. 1.10 date: 2004/11/02 06:24:23; author: dinoex; state: Exp; lines: +6 -6 - fix reference on tcl source, use TCL_INCLUDE_SPEC - search dependecy in LOCALBASE, not in PREFIX - fix package with NOPORTDOCS - use DOCSDIR - make portlint happy

v. 1.8 date: 2003/12/08 09:41:36; author: krion; state: Exp; lines: +1 -2 - Fix MASTER_SITES PR: 60037 Submitted by: Allan Bowhill
v. 1.7 date: 2003/11/21 14:12:01; author: arved; state: Exp; lines: +3 -2 HAS_CONFIGURE -> GNU_CONFIGURE add -fPIC to CFLAGS to hopefully fix build on AMD64
v. 1.6 date: 2003/11/02 02:48:08; author: edwin; state: Exp; lines: +1 -1 ports with possibly unreachable MAINTAINERs *** addresses that seem to be dead: PR: ports/58694 Submitted by: Oliver Eikemeier
v. 1.5 date: 2003/03/02 17:35:15; author: will; state: Exp; lines: +1 -1 Fix this port. This port is a candidate for record broken time (of about 2 years and 6 months), and it was committed by me. Great. Anyway, the problem was it used an undefined variable in BUILD_DEPENDS. Rather than figure out a better one to use, just use NONEXISTENT, it's just as good for this purpose. Noted by: kris
