Cyrillic proxy for network protocols

 Cyrillic transcoder for network protocols.

It allows transcode text-based tcp protocols from/to
following cyrillic text coding standards: CP866 (DOS),
Macintosh, ISO, KOI8 (UNIX), CP1251 (Windows).
