AdaSockets 1.8.2 didn't compile properly on FreeBSD (4.x or 5.x)
because of an incompatibility with the currently supported GNAT
version. This is fixed in AdaSockets 1.8.3.

This patch upgrades AdaSockets to the latest version, which is needed to
work with recent GCC compilers.
Also, I have changed my email address from sam@inf.enst.fr to sam@rfc1149.net
(the latter being my "canonical" address).
