Tools to extract from/get info about/create Matroska media streams

MKVtoolnix will evolve into a set of tools to create, alter and
inspect Matroska files under Linux and other Unices, just what the
OGMtools do for the OGM format.

- Document that .info files are installed in a subdirectory relative to
  PREFIX/INFO_PATH and slightly change add-plist-info to use INFO_PATH and
  subdirectory detection.

  501103. However, users from FreeBSD series previous to 5.x are
  required to build gcc32 port.
o Therefore, do not force 5.x users to build gcc33 port if their
  available gcc32 toolchain will do. In so many words,
