v. 1.23
date: 2007/05/19 20:13:19; author: flz; state: Exp; lines: +1 -1
- Welcome X.org 7.2 \o/.
- Set X11BASE to ${LOCALBASE} for recent ${OSVERSION}.
- Bump PORTREVISION for ports intalling files in ${X11BASE}.

v. 1.22 date: 2007/02/10 06:05:02; author: kris; state: Exp; lines: +1 -0 Use libtool15 port instead of included version to avoid objformat a.out botch
v. 1.21 date: 2007/01/30 10:25:28; author: pav; state: Exp; lines: +1 -0 - Remove support for a.out format and PORTOBJFORMAT variable from individual ports With hat: portmgr
v. 1.20 date: 2006/04/05 05:34:21; author: linimon; state: Exp; lines: +1 -1 Reset hollywar@mail.holywar.net due to no response to email about maintainer timeouts. Hat: portmgr
v. 1.19 date: 2006/03/07 08:26:44; author: ade; state: Exp; lines: +1 -1 Bump PORTREVISION on glib12/gtk12 consumer ports to ease the upgrade path. Discussed with: kris Approved by: portmgr (implicit)
v. 1.18 date: 2006/02/23 10:37:37; author: ade; state: Exp; lines: +1 -2 Conversion to a single libtool environment. Approved by: portmgr (kris)
v. 1.17 date: 2005/11/15 06:49:51; author: ade; state: Exp; lines: +1 -1 Mass-conversion to the USE_AUTOTOOLS New World Order. The code present in bsd.autotools.mk essentially makes this a no-op given that all the old variables set a USE_AUTOTOOLS_COMPAT variable, which is parsed in exactly the same way as USE_AUTOTOOLS itself. Moreover, USE_AUTOTOOLS has already been extensively tested by the GNOME team -- all GNOME 2.12.x ports use it. Preliminary documentation can be found at: http://people.FreeBSD.org/~ade/autotools.txt which is in the process of being SGMLized before introduction into the Porters Handbook. Light blue touch-paper. Run.
v. 1.16 date: 2004/11/15 05:19:28; author: sf; state: Exp; lines: +1 -1 farewell to libxpg4.
v. 1.15 date: 2004/07/09 17:42:32; author: marcus; state: Exp; lines: +1 -1 Apply a big libtool patch to allow porters to use the libtool installed by the libtoolX ports instead of the one included with each port. Ports that set USE_LIBTOOL_VER=X will now use the ports version of libtool instead of the included version. To restore previous behavior, use the new macro, USE_INC_LIBTOOL_VER. Both macros accept the same argument: a libtool version. For example, to use the ports version of libtool-1.5, add the following to your Makefile: USE_LIBTOOL_VER= 15 To use the included version of libtool with extra hacks provided by libtool-1.5, add the following to your Makefile: USE_INC_LIBTOOL_VER= 15 With this change, ports that had to add additional libtool hacks to prevent .la files from being installed or to fix certain threading issues can now delete those hacks (after appropriate testing, of course). PR: 63944 Based on work by:eik and marcus Approved by: ade (autotools maintainer) Tested by: kris on pointyhat Bound to be hidden problems: You bet
v. 1.14 date: 2004/03/14 06:16:49; author: ade; state: Exp; lines: +1 -1 Whoa there, boy, that's a mighty big commit y'all have there... Begin autotools sanitization sequence by requiring ports to explicitly specify which version of {libtool, autoconf, automake} they need, erasing the concept of a "system default". For ports-in-waiting: USE_LIBTOOL=YES -> USE_LIBTOOL_VER=13 USE_AUTOCONF=YES -> USE_AUTOCONF_VER=213 USE_AUTOMAKE=YES -> USE_AUTOMAKE_VER=14 Ports attempting to use the old style system after June 1st 2004 will be sorely disappointed.
v. 1.13 date: 2004/02/04 05:21:30; author: marcus; state: Exp; lines: +1 -0 Bump PORTREVISION on all ports that depend on gettext to aid with upgrading. (Part 2)
v. 1.12 date: 2003/11/20 15:06:03; author: trevor; state: Exp; lines: +1 -1 Define USE_PERL5_BUILD, not erroneous USE_PERL. Submitted by: Oliver Eikemeier
v. 1.11 date: 2003/11/20 13:51:38; author: trevor; state: Exp; lines: +1 -0 Define USE_PERL to make Perl available for (mostly deprecated) "perl -pi -e" construction.
v. 1.10 date: 2003/10/01 13:56:46; author: krion; state: Exp; lines: +3 -3 - Fix MASTER_SITES PR: 57440 Submitted by: Mark Linimon
v. 1.9 date: 2003/09/09 10:15:16; author: cjh; state: Exp; lines: +1 -5 Fix distfiles/www locations and one maintainer.
v. 1.8 date: 2003/05/05 04:10:23; author: marcus; state: Exp; lines: +1 -1 Convert to new GNOME infrastructure.
v. 1.7 date: 2003/02/21 12:31:01; author: knu; state: Exp; lines: +1 -0 De-pkg-comment.
v. 1.6 date: 2002/03/31 03:12:48; author: kris; state: Exp; lines: +7 -2 Remove #include Set GNU_CONFIGURE since this port uses it Don't use an internal libtool, use the system one. Port build is still broken on -current because of expr(1) abuse in the libtool port.
v. 1.5 date: 2000/10/05 06:57:41; author: reg; state: Exp; lines: +3 -3 Implement WANT_IMLIB and USE_IMLIB.
v. 1.4 date: 2000/04/13 09:16:13; author: asami; state: Exp; lines: +4 -4 Convert to PORTNAME/PORTVERSION. Problems found: afterstep, bitchx, hanemacs and hmconv had invalid version strings (fixed). I also got replaced AMI_VER and HANIM_VER with PORTVERSION but I didn't touch BROWSER_VER (in netscape ports) since it was used in too many places.
v. 1.3 date: 1999/10/08 03:29:57; author: nakai; state: Exp; lines: +2 -2 Use updated imlib library.
v. 1.2 date: 1999/08/30 12:08:43; author: peter; state: Exp; lines: +1 -1 $Id$ -> $FreeBSD$
