The Ruby contrib directory hasn't existed for some time; mirror the
 files on MASTER_SITE_LOCAL until someone upgrades these ports.

With portmgr hat on, reset maintainership of knu's ports since he has
been inactive more than 6 months.  We hope to see him back sometime.

Currently few English documents are bundled.  For the time being, try
the bot.rb (and cpi/*.cpi) example I translated into English to see
how it works.
