cqcam - Color Quickcam (PC/Parallel) control program

* Streaming output for use as a continuous-feed webcam

cqcam supports the Color Quickcam and Color Quickcam 2. It does not support
B&W Quickcams, the Quickclip, the VC, or the new Quickcam Home.
