Change Background Picture with time period
ChBg is used for changing desktop background pictures with some period.
Can also be used as a xscreensaver hack.

change address to SF in pkg-descr.
I don't use this port anymore, it doesn't work together with Gnome anymore,

This port has an incorrect plist when built with WITHOUT_NLS=1 and
gettext not present. Since there's no configure switch to make
WITHOUT_NLS=1 work, depend upon gettext unconditionally.

Unbreak port:
Don't explizitely add an implizit dependency (gdkpixbuf also adds gtk) in
the non-GNOME case, else GNOMENG thinks we have GNOME and uses the GNOME
pkg-plist.
