Ftp server supporting FTP AUTH TLS

 Ftp server based on the OpenBSD ftp server code, implements the
FTP AUTH TLS IETF draft plus a custom SSL/TLS client authentication.

On other operating systems (e.g. GNU/Linux) it was even more severe as it also affected the file sizes ftpd-tls announced in advent of a file transfer. Submitted by: maintainer
