FreeBSD databases : dbtool

Store and retrieve data in a key/value format in a hash database

 dbtool can be used to store and retrieve data in a key/value format in a
hash database. Perl compatible regular expressions are supported both for
storing and retrieving of data. It's main advantages are the ability to
maintain huge amounts of data and speed.

Back out the db3 port update because some of these dependent ports had
been broken by the incompatibility between db3.2 and db3.3.

I am unconditionally bumping the PORTREVISION's to eliminate possible
troubles that should not happen before the coming release.

Sorry for inconvenience.  I'll try to check compatibility hard before
committing next time.
