Show latitude and longitude of the moon

 Mymoon is an ncurses-based tool that presents for the given latitude
and longitude a continually updated display of:

- Percentage of Moon's surface illumination 
- Distance between Moon and Earth
- Moon set and Moon rise
- Moon age
